Chapter 2: •June 2025• The ride to @partyatthepenshow ✨ Met up along the way not long after riding through Kentucky with the Florida Homies 🔥we rode together through heavy rain with shit eating grins on our faces on our way to Ohio. Only had one ‘Shovelhead fix’ i needed to do as my exhaust bracket on the FXR (notorious for breaking on this machine) broke off, nothing that some rubber and hose clamps can’t fix lol.. Like I’ve said over and over, I come for the people, riding the long way to wherever I’m heading. So grateful for these bad ass humans ✨ #harleydavidsonmotorcycles #motorcycles
Chapter 1: •June 2025 • The summer I rode everyone else’s bike but my own. The journey began in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Dear friends set me up with a bike and introduced me to the area before I was on my way riding North through the backroads of Kentucky alone towards Ohio. Thank you @saints_engine and @jennsorrell for the incredible hospitality and trusting me with your 92’ FXR for the journey that ended up being 1500 miles ✨ I sure do love waterfalls and riding all the motorcycles.. when the land calls, I tend to answer. #tenneessee #kentucky #friedchicken #harleyfuckingdavidson
From the archives: Will be a whole new bike once i’m finished with her. The metamorphosis has begun. Maybe my license plate won’t blow off once my Keystone Fender is on. Good things take.. patience..time.. hard work as the saying goes. I’ll be back out there riding to no where and everywhere once again in due time. Will be worth it #patienceisavirtue #blood #sweat #tears #shovelheadadventures
A Thursday evening at the Studio . This my Self practise, They differ every time. This reel is not my best work, not the point really..today was a day to simply move. I was Focusing on my less strong/flexible side (super hard!) I was pleasantly surprised. Shakes and tweaks and all i’m getting stronger.. No edited music, no filters on this one.. just showing you raw squeaky imperfect pole clips of how it is dancing with myself. Why? It’s been a really long winter this year for me in the city, pole has kept me sane through the thick of it especially when i’m unable to ride motorcycles and or disappear into the wilderness.. Practise is life..practise is messy. The practise deserved an appreciation post. ✨
Well, I finally made it to @mamatriedshow ✨ I ventured over to reconnect with a really great crew of people I dont see very often and meet a few more gems along the way. Thank you @jrscycleproducts and @seems.like.a.dream for bringing all of us together for such a fun and impressive show! I took alot of inspiration back home with me from all the builds, So much talent under one roof. Here’s a recap from Thursday- Monday. Milwaukee is a special place. Glad I had the local run of the town and excited to come back. Can’t wait to find all these ding dongs on the road this summer. Xo
We are but guests here. Thank you to the land for being so wild, so excepting of me. My heart truly lives out on the road ✨#shovelheadadventures filmed on the land of : #lakota #crow #blackfoot #shoshone #cheyanne #cree #Anishinaabe #Ojibwa, #Odawa #Potawatami, #Chippewa, #Mississauga, #Algonquin, #Delaware #Wiikwemkong

August 2023 • Beartooth Pass •
Well, I knocked this one randomly off the old bucket list. ✅ Old Shovel and I made it to 10,947 Ft or 3,337M. I had been wearing my Beartooth pass vintage Harley shirt every day for weeks now on the road. I never thought when I was leaving for Ohio back in July for a weekend trip that I would have ridden my Shovelhead to the Summit of these mountains wearing my favourite shirt no less. Here I am. the Motorcycle gods were good to me. The sun was out. It was windy, but perfect conditions. I’ve been told this pass can be treacherous, weather can change on a dime but not today. I was so proud of my bike for hauling me up these peaks. Only a slight idle adjustment for altitude and thats all we needed. Not the place for breakdowns lol.. pictures and video of course do not capture the epicness of this place….It was a beautiful moment to notice how far one can go.
I rarely get my picture taken, so lots of butt shots with greasy oil rags hanging out of my pocket on this post haha. A nice woman (who was on her own worldly adventure) took pixelated pictures of me riding and standing next to my bike with her phone. Thank you. What a day of solid riding. What a day to be alive. All that matters.. en route to Red Lodge Montana.. #shovelheadadventures #harleyfuckingdavidson #beartoothpass #montana #wyoming #solomotoadventures #forestgump #walkabout #feelalive #justdoit #vanson
I haven’t felt the urge to post about anything due to the state of our World but memories of the ride home last summer on my Shovel from the West kept making me laugh so I thought i’d share some of my good memories with you. This post are a few shots of the long ride through the corn.. maybe the least memorable part of the journey for most but still potent.. the long ride back home after I Forest Gumped it around America for 6 weeks. I call this part of the journey the Vortex, the Right of Passage, the I can’t stop thinking about life because theirs nothing cool to distract me, the ‘where are the vegetables to eat!?’ The pre requisite to any cross America trip is through the endless land of corn and farmland. Corn Palace tho on slide 8 big hit around SD lol I have ridden this stretch a few times now and it doesn’t go by faster.. When heading Westbound its almost like you can’t believe there are mountains ahead somewhere And when you do reach those familiar giants, It’s a true gift for all your hard work. However,
when you’re leaving the Mountains for the East coast turning my back away from sunsets for me was hard, you ride quite literally into the darkness, personally, back to ‘reality’ and on this recent adventure into and dodging massive thunderstorms.. but thats where the beauty lies. It isn’t just in the cascading mountains or Ocean views but can be found on day 3 of the monotonous flats. Reminds me Life is really all about perspective. I had some funny talks with old men who were shocked and dumb founded (the usual curiosity from strangers) wondering how i’m alone and riding an old bike across America. Oh sexism is funny..the bike is the lure for curiosity My sweaty messy female complexion another: “keep the rubber on the road and keep on riding girl. Ride on” a local John from Nebraska told me.
Add in some fucked up oil feeder lines that needed new rubber O rings that i didnt have but made work with alternative rings, and you got a spicy adventure.. #shovelheadadventures #harleydavidson
