Had an awesome session of sprint biomechanics testing with Trayvon Bromell @iamtrayvonbromell and Tyler Noble @tylerjaynoble from USATF Sports Science yesterday on The TRACK at New Balance. The testing session included analysis of block starts, acceleration, and top speed mechanics. It was a great early season tune-up and very exciting to see what the rest of 2026 holds! #sprinting #speed #biomechanics #speedtraining #trackandfield

Had an awesome time working with the ON training group including sprinters Max Thomas @maxreixn and Samirah Moody @samirahmoody_ and coaches John Bolton @sharksathletics and Harrison Smith @gharrisonsmith . Much thanks to Kevin Quadrozzi for coordinating the session and the great people at UPenn (Sean D. and the T&F staff + Cory Walts @cory_walts ) for making it possible. The sprint biomechanics testing session included block starts, initial acceleration, transitional acceleration, and top speed. The athletes did a great job and it was a very productive session! Also special thanks to Dr. Larry Ryan for all of the incredible updates to the MoVE video analysis software and thanks to Chris Meng @christopherronaldmeng for the hard work behind the scenes. #sprinting #biomechanics #acceleration #topspeed #trackandfield

Awesome trip to the Cleveland Browns for a sprint mechanics in-service with the Sports Performance and Sports Medicine teams. Fun and productive time sharing ideas with the coaches and staff members and working with the players in action. Thanks to Dustin Nabhan and the entire organization for bringing me in! #speed #acceleration #topspeed #biomechanics #nfl

The Speed Science Institute is here. We created the Speed Science Institute to put verified research behind everything we build at USR. Today we’re excited to announce our two founding members: Executive Director: Peter Ruppe helped build Nike SPARQ, the athletic evaluation standard that defined the industry for over a decade. Executive Speed Scientist: Dr. Ken Clark holds more published research on max velocity and acceleration than anyone in the field right now. Swipe to hear from our Co-Founder @les7spellman , @kenclarkspeed , and Peter on what this means for coaches and athletes. Learn more at the link in bio. #speedscience #speedcoach #speedtraining #universalspeedrating #speed

Had an incredible day at NCC @nccrunninglions week with Dr. Ken Clark. Working alongside NCC Track & Field @nccrunninglions athletes Mark Roberts, Jaidyn Lacey, and pro elite sprinter Miles Lewis @milesperhour411 while my son Raffaele was there coaching and assisting, and my daughter Gena stopped by with my granddaughter, Rosie, it was one of those full circle moments you don’t forget. Back in 2020, I saw Ken was presenting in Pennsylvania. I didn’t overthink it, I grabbed my kids and went. Just showed up. There were only a handful of athletes, a few parents… and no coaches except me and my kids. After the session, I introduced myself. We talked speed, mechanics, everything. I stayed in touch. I asked questions. I showed up when I could. Fast forward, he’s helping my son prepare for a pro tryout. Fast forward again, he’s standing in our facility at NCC, working with my athletes. And I want to say this… I’m incredibly grateful for Ken, his kindness, his generosity with his knowledge, and the way he continues to give back to the sport. Coaches like that don’t just teach, they elevate everyone around them. He’s pushed me to stay curious, stay hungry, and keep leveling up so I can better serve my athletes. That’s how this works. ➡️ You lean into rooms where you’re not sure you belong. ➡️ You ask questions. ➡️ You stay curious. ➡️ You keep showing up. And over time… those moments compound. Lean in. That’s where growth lives. Level up. Always. 🎥 @altars.media #BPFITcoaching #SpeedTraining #TrackAndField #CoachingMatters #LevelUp NCCTrack SprintTraining WomenInCoaching KeepShowingUp
