Sometimes it’s not pretty, sometimes it’s really hard, sometimes I don’t want to, sometimes I feel defeated. But… ALL the time I am proud when I have finished. Lifting is my happy place. It always has been. I remember the days of loading 300+ lbs on a bar and without even thinking… squat it. These days look a lot different. I’m learning how to do everything again since my total knee replacement.
