Sam and I talk often how grateful we are that we got to spend this past Christmas with my family in New Zealand. It was so fun and sweet while we all pretended we weren't exhausted and heartbroken.
I'm so grateful that Sam got to meet my mom before she passed last month. I'm so glad that I got to hold her hand one last time & we got to give her what she really wanted for Christmas; an adventure at the park with the kiddos. Even though she was in so much pain and in a wheelchair she just wanted a normal day as a family.

I loved every second❤️ in other news, I highly recommend giving a 3 year old a point and shoot even if they can’t keep their fingers off the lens most of the time.
