Today, we rounded off our month-long Keep Singapore Clean 2026 activation with a closing ceremony in Little India MRT station, graced by Senior Minister of State Dr @janilputhucheary .⁣ ⁣ We started the day with a community clean-up of the vicinity, which marked the 15th and final leg of the PHC15 Cleanliness Champions Relay.⁣ ⁣ We also marked the occasion with the signing of an MoU between #PHCSG, SBS Transit and Speco to strengthen public hygiene and cleanliness in our daily commute.⁣ ⁣ As we conclude the month-long activation, we are more energised and committed than ever to #KeepSGClean – it’s a mission that we #AllHaveAHand in!

We were honoured to be invited by the @rte_sg to support their annual Thai Labour Day celebrations held at the Sembawang Recreation Centre this morning. Over 1,000 Thai workers attended the event and played with our #KeepSGClean table top games to learn about how to keep our shared spaces clean. PHC Executive Director, Dr Christina Liew, also received a Token of Appreciation from Mrs Chonlatee Chanrachakul, the Charge d‘Affaires a.i. of the Royal Thai Embassy. #PHCSG #AllHaveAHand

Small Hands, Big Impact! 🌍🚮 Our Sec 1 students took their learning beyond the classroom on 23 April 2026 for the Public Hygiene Council’s ‘Keep Singapore Clean’ campaign! While exploring the Ang Mo Kio neighbourhood, our young environmentalists carried out a litter-picking exercise with a twist. This wasn’t just a cleanup—it was part of their Geographical Investigation (GI)! By seeing firsthand how litter affects our local waterways, our students learned how “upstream” actions impact the world “downstream.” 💧 We’re so proud of our Sec 1s for taking charge of their environmental footprint and leading by example. Let’s keep our community beautiful! ✨

The #KeepSGClean 2026 campaign – We All Have A Hand In It! – has launched! On Sunday 19 April, the Public Hygiene Council and distinguished guests gathered in GENEO to kick off the new campaign, which also celebrates #PHCSG’s 15th anniversary. Graced by Guest-of-Honour Mr Chan Chun Sing, Coordinating Minister for Public Services and Minister for Defence, the event meaningfully encapsulated the campaign’s message that all of us have a part to play. It opened with signing of a Memorandum of Understanding with CapitaLand to enhance and support #KeepSGClean initiatives. We also honoured our R.I.S.E., CAN and CleanHood partners, who are instrumental in helping us raise standards of cleanliness and hygiene. There was even a community clean-up to mark the start of the month-long PHC15 Cleanliness Champions Relay! As our Chairman, Mr Andrew Khng, said in his opening address, “Each of us represents our ‘We-first’ society in action – partners who believe that keeping our country clean is our shared responsibility.” We believe that even as we celebrate 15 years of championing cleanliness, there’s more to come when we all commit to doing our part. After all, We #AllHaveAHand in it!

I have witnessed how far Singapore has come in terms of our public hygiene and cleanliness standards, and even more so over the past 15 years through the Public Hygiene Council (PHC)’s tireless efforts! I am really honoured to once again be an ambassador for PHC’s Keep Singapore Clean campaign. The mission is so meaningful and really resonates with me. This year’s campaign theme, ‘Keep Singapore Clean – We All Have A Hand In It!’, reflects our journey and our significant achievements over the years, and reinforces the message that keeping our shared spaces clean is the responsibility of everyone. Did you notice the special pink glow on my hands and those of others throughout the campaign film? This was to symbolise that we can all make things better with our own hands – such as picking up litter, wiping the table after eating, keeping sink areas dry, and disposing of rubbish properly. So let’s all do the right thing and practise the right habits to help Keep Singapore Clean. After all, we #AllHaveAHand in it! #KeepSGClean #PHCSG
