I can't believe that all weddings are shot and now it is editing season! After all products are delivered, Keepsake will be closing shop for a while. I am so grateful for the amazing couples I have had the privilege to film over the years. Also so grateful for the wedding industry professionals who I have had the honor of working alongside!

As many of you know, my husband Joel has been battling an autoimmune disease (MS) for 4 years now. He is fighting hard and applying to schools to pursue PhD work. This may take us to another city in the US, or possibly overseas to England, Scotland, or Germany! This is the main reason for Keepsake closing shop until we know our plans. However, we have both felt overworked and he has lost much of his health this year. We are hoping to take a sabbatical of sorts from January to May while we wait and see where he gets into schools and to focus solely on his health.

All this to say, thank you to everyone who has made Keepsake possible- it is a job that has allowed me flexibility to care for Joel at a moment's notice (except for Saturdays) and I don't know what we would have done without it these past 3 years. I am truly grateful! Now excuse me while I head into the editing cave and stay off social media until Christmas. 😊
