Super excited to share the music video for Lamprey with you. Creating this with @handcrankfilms was a special experience. After their amazing work on the Destroyer music video I knew I had to work with Hand Crank and Caleb again. They ran with my idea of human machine integration and parasitism and brought it to life.
We shot in Bellingham at @julienscherliss 's studio, with some really cool lightboxes and an LED controller, tons of haze and projections of the eerie maw of sea lampreys.

The music video for "Destroyer" is officially live today, and I'm so proud of it and excited to share it with you.
This song is my attempt to interrogate some feelings of loss I've dealt with in the past - it's brooding and disquieting and hopefully resonates with you. Making this video gave me a chance to explore some of these themes in a different medium, to be haunted and pursued by the dark in, well, a very literal sense.
Deep thanks goes to @handcrankfilms for taking this project on, particularly @keepitcinematic for his vision directing and editing from the germ of my harebrained idea, @huntleymotion for his stellar work as director of photography and colorist and @medicinebleu_lens for capturing the behind-the-scenes goodness.

I’m about to go into a crazy month (well, I’m already in it) - and I can’t wait to share the new work but in the meantime…
Here’s ten of my favs from the last couple years. Some I chose for composition, some I chose for lighting, some because I remember what it took to get the shot. I’m proud of the work we are doing and feel incredibly grateful to able to do this with some amazing people.
