Here we are in the liminal time, when the veil is thin and cultures across the globe are communing with the ancestors. Who are you thinking of today, and what has been passed down to you that you most cherish? I am proud to offer you new music to accompany this reflection: my new album ANCESTRAL SOUND JOURNEY has just released today. ANCESTRAL SOUND JOURNEY represents an exciting evolution in my recording career. This expansive and deeply relaxing ambient album is an improvised composition of my voice and crystal alchemy singing bowls. I created it to help you go deep inside and access the field of resources that is always available to you. Recorded in 2023 at Avast Recording Co in Seattle by Robb Davidson, I have spent the last two years meticulously adding harmonic and percussive elements to the studio tracks, following creative impulses that have come from ancestor work: deep listening, immersing in nature, grieving, and honoring the wisdom of memories within my body. This music has brought me healing, and it's my hope that you will also find beneficial transformation by taking it in. Lay back, close your eyes, and ideally, listen through headphones.
