Happy Mother’s Day💖💕 I believe there’s two births. When a woman gives birth, it’s not just a new baby that’s born. But the woman is reborn too. That change is unexplainable

Sometimes I forget how much this is needed.
Sometimes the most radical thing you can do as a mom is remember that you existed before them.
Making time for yourself is important. Not the time after everyone is fed and bathed and settled. Intentional time. Time you protect like it matters.
Making sure you don’t lose yourself is important. Motherhood will consume everything you give it. But if you pour until you’re empty, there will be nothing left to give anyone.
Having an identity outside of motherhood is important. You are a woman first. With your own interests, your own taste, with opinions and a life worth living out loud. That doesn’t go away when you become a mom.
So yes. I took myself out. I ordered what I wanted. I sat with myself. And it was enough. 🥂

Every time I look at these two, my heart just gets so filled with gratitude. Like this kind of joy is priceless. I can never trade it for anything

Women💪🏾the things we endure. And still find a way to come back and do it again.
Moms don’t ever let anyone tell you, you haven’t accomplished anything. #postpartum #pregnancy #momlife #motherhood #trendingreels♥️
I’ve been telling myself I’m so tired lately. I wake up in the morning and the first thing on my mind is how tired I already am. This morning as soon as that thought came, another one came up “why is this where your mind has been going lately?”
I had to check my thoughts and spirit and start speaking more life and positivity.
Don’t speak negatively about yourself, even as a joke. Your body doesn’t know the difference. Words are energy. Change the way you speak about yourself, and you can change your life.
