I had no idea this place existed, but it is an absolute hidden gem. 💎 @thepaella.mix Chef Carlos and his wife opened it about seven months ago, and they bring their authentic Spanish culture to Kansas City in the most divine manner. 🥂 The atmosphere is incredibly charming, and the food is just as impressive. ✨ I was immediately hooked on the tapas—the patatas bravas and ensalada rusa were spectacular. 🤌 For the main course, we had the chorizo paella, which was packed with flavor and perfectly cooked. 🥘 If you’re looking for a true taste of Spain, this is the spot. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Flavor Explosion on 39th Street! If you haven’t been to Beirut Taco yet, you are missing out on one of the most creative fusions in KC. We started with the ceviche, and it was absolutely amazing—perfectly bright, fresh, and balanced. It’s easily some of the best I’ve had in the city. The overall flavors across the menu are incredible; you can really taste the care put into blending Lebanese spices with Mexican classics. As for the tacos, they were simply incredible.
