Real Life. When you're practicing and your super talented kid who you love so much doesn't give a crap what you are doing...Rightfully so, he is super proud of a pair of pants he made from scratch!!! ....since we work in the same room he wants to show me what he's working on.....not realizing what I'm working on.....so I take it in stride and try to stay on track using my ear to listen to him and the track!! The more I listen to him and not look at the music the more I loose track. lol this is hilarious. Life isn't about being perfect....it's about gliding through all the moments. His pants are fire and I got back on track.....

More fun facts. When purchasing a home or investment property always find a reputable company to do the inspection. This property had additional siding put on to hide exterior flaws and the owner did not properly install the repaired plumbing. The inspection camera went inside one clean out and popped out on the other side of the building. The camera was supposed to end up in the sewer. We still bought it anyway. Low risk Low Reward.
