It’s wild how the closer you get, the calmer it feels. Existing in the water with Tiger Sharks, the stories we’re taught to fear just fall away. Pure presence and curiosity from such an incredible apex predator. Truly a dream come true to share the blue with these beautiful, misunderstood creatures. 🦈💙

Wrecking Ball: Underwater Edition 🧜🏽‍♀️ Solid team effort. 5 freedivers, 2 floats, 1 buoy, a pool noodle, and 15kg of weight just to keep me down. Thanks to @themermaidconnection & @krissie.moloney for not letting me give up on the vision, and @whaletooth_ for making it happen 💪🏽⚖️ 😂 🔥 .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 📍 Amed, Bali, Indonesia #donttrythisathome #wreckingball #freediver #onebreath #freedivingart

Celebrating the life and legacy of Natalia Molchanova, with her son @alexeymolchanov for her birthday yesterday, was a true honour. Joined by the @apneistafreediving and @deep.week family in Amed, Bali ~ it was a beautiful tribute to the founder of @molchanovsfreediving An incredible day spent honouring the woman who paved the way for us all and continues to inspire our journey into the deep. 🤍

Something you might not know about me.. About a year ago, I was in an accident that completely shifted my world. Since then, it’s been a constant battle with physical pain and the emotional highs and lows that come with it. It wasn’t easy and honestly, it still isn’t. But I’ve had to find a way to live with it. I’ve realised that it’s so easy to spiral into the 'what I can’t do' and let your limitations define you. But when I look at the bigger picture, I realise how small those hurdles are if my perspective is right. I’m still out here doing what I love because I refuse to stop. I've had to train my mind to see the possibilities instead of the walls, because no one was going to do that work for me. It’s that 'fck yes' energy! We only get one shot at this, and I'm making mine count on my own terms.

Almost got taken out by this Mantis Shrimp 😅 One wrong move and my camera would have been history. These are easily the most insane creatures on the reef, pure violence in a rainbow suit. They have the fastest punch in the animal kingdom, striking with the force of a .22 calibre bullet. The movement is so fast it actually boils the surrounding water, creating cavitation bubbles that release a shockwave of heat and light to stun prey. They also have the most complex eyes on the planet, seeing ultraviolet and polarised light frequencies that are completely invisible to humans. Thanks @sam_ed_h for the voiceover 😂🎯 .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Stay for the shot or run away? 👇 #mantisshrimp #marinelife #underwaterphotography #shrimp #natureismental
