Excited to share my latest ambient mix, recorded live at @ambient.tide at @lelacbrussels back in October 2024! This set celebrates the vibes of our last release on the label by @katodevidts on Futurepast, out now via @emc_series . I mixed different moods of ambient with other forms of electronic music, featuring tracks by Autocreation (@mvh_locust , Kevin Hector, Tara Patterson), @davidmorleymusic , @maxloderbauer , @heard_larry , Kato De Vidts and some of my own productions, including an unreleased track. Out of 𝑚𝑎𝑛𝑦 many 𝑚𝑎𝑛𝑦 emotions music can evoke, 𝐡𝐨𝐩𝐞 is by far the most 𝑝𝑜𝑤𝑒𝑟𝑓𝑢𝑙 one. Let 𝐡𝐨𝐩𝐞 grow for the people who suffered from the recent 𝐟𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐝𝐬 in 𝐕𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚, 𝑆𝑝𝑎𝑖𝑛. By releasing the 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐑𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐕.𝐀. @sungaterecords took the 𝑒𝑛𝑑𝑒𝑎𝑟𝑖𝑛𝑔 initiative to collect funds for those currently in need. Flanking 21 other contributors, I'm humbled to throw you a fairly old production called 𝐌𝐢𝐡𝐫. 𝑆𝑢𝑝𝑝𝑜𝑟𝑡 support 𝑠𝑢𝑝𝑝𝑜𝑟𝑡 via the link in bio! ༒ Sungate joins friends and family with a V.A in support of the victims of the storms in Valencia. On October 28th, flash floods decimated the better part of the southern and western areas of the Valencia province, alongside many other points of spain. What followed was a catastrophic event resulting in storm surges, collapsing bridges, thousands stuck on roads and streets, ultimately leading to a death toll that is now estimated at 100, and unfortunately, rising. With Sungate’s staff both residing and having ties to the city, we’ve decided to release this V.A to gather funds to re-distribute to those most in need, buy essential products and help in the re-construction of a damaged region. We are joining a series of charitable releases from others in the city that has seen a wave of supporting press, and more importantly, an overwhelming amount of support. We are infinitely thankful to @maspaventimastering for mastering this release and all the artists that have given their music away for the cause. Right now, sharing is as important as contributing, help us get to the world.

PREMIERE: Kato De Vidts - Meridians ft. J.Noon [Futurepast] Belgium artist Kato de Vidts is back with another forthcoming release on the experimental imprint, Futurepast. No stranger to us here at Delayed, we’ve kept a close ear to her productions and even had the opportunity to watch her and J.Noon perform live at Mostra earlier this year. Aerial Super Highway, their latest collaboration together, marks another strong release in the pair’s auditory journey. Tensions are rising, the string-like synths grabbing the attention of all present. Meridians evokes an introspective journey upwards as the melodic drones and undulating bass lines build and build to a crescendo long in the making before fading away back into the nothingness.
