Definitiv mal ein anderes Setting 😉 Im Rahmen der Hauptversammlung wurde @Sandra Eitler neu ins Vorstandsteam gewählt 👏 @fhdesbfiwien Dein unermüdlicher Einsatz für die Förderung, speziell von Jüngeren, in der Branche ist einfach großartig 🫶 Beate Färber-Venz wurde mit großem Dank für ihr langjähriges Engagement zum DLC-Ehrenmitglied ernannt 💐 Neben den offiziellen Programmpunkten standen auch Themen wie Mentoring, Mitgliederwachstum, strategische Weiterentwicklung und die neue DLC-Website auf der Agenda. KitchenTalk 2026 Wien 🎡 Der bekannte @independent_logistics_society KitchenTalk diesmal am @thinkport vienna @Hafen Wien GmbH – mit echten Gesprächen statt Bühnenprogramm. Ein Format, das Komplexität runterkocht – wörtlich und auch inhaltlich. Keine Slides. Kein Panel. Kein Verstecken > echte Gespräche – beim Kochen. Und die unbequeme Erkenntnis: Eine Krise ist kein Ausnahmezustand, sie ist ein Teil des Betriebssystems. Sätze - die bei mir hängen geblieben sind 🕵‍♀️ Krisen sind der Taktgeber. Nicht die Störung. Resilienz entscheidet sich täglich – oder gar nicht. Planung verliert gegen Realität. Immer. Ein digitales Dach auf schwachem Fundament hält nicht. KI ist kein Add-on. Entweder System – oder sinnlos. Ein Abendessen am Tisch mit dem wundervollen @Peter Weck Was für eine Freude und Ehre für mich 💓 96 Jahre Lebenserfahrung, wacher Geist, echte Aufmerksamkeit – und mittendrin ein „Dinner-Feuerwerk“, das mehr war als ein kulinarischer Abend im @Hotel Grand Elisabeth in #BadIschl. Davor und danach spannende Arbeitstermine mit @uschifellner – und wertvolle Gespräche, die gekommen sind um zu bleiben. Mit @tobirend Tobias Render (@bild ) und @what_the_heckl Stephanie Heckl (Bunte.de) wurden unterschiedliche Perspektiven zu einem gemeinsamen Momentum. Mit so viel Energie, Wohlwollen, Aufwand, journalistisches Feingefühl ... in einer Branche und in Medien wo es nicht immer leicht ist echten menschlichen Mehrwert zu genieren - großartig! Ein ganz besonders großes Danke an @annettezierer und die an die Gastgeber @Herbert Ackerl @Philipp Zauner und Josef Öhlinger sowie an Bürgermeisterin @Ines Schiller Freue mich schon sehr auf unseren nächsten Termin bei Euch in Bad Ischl 🫶 Manchmal entstehen neue Gedanken, neue Verbindungen und vielleicht auch neue Wege genau dort, wo Menschen zusammenkommen, die etwas beitragen wollen und können. #Netzwerk #Zukunft #Innovation #Empowerment Event

Was für außergewöhnlich großartige Tage hier! ✨ Danke an @StephanieHelm und @PhilippN ägele @mindstyle.world für dieses Feuerwerk mit Tiefgang. In den nächsten Tagen berichte ich über The Voice of Germany Stimmen die hier exklusive Live-Shows dargeboten haben, Ashley Cain und vieles mehr – das passt definitiv nicht in ein einziges Reel … eigentlich ist es kaum in Worte zu fassen. Aber ich versuche es einfach. 😉 Am ersten Tag durften wir direkt ins Abenteuer „Persönlichkeitsentwicklung“ eintauchen – gleich in drei Jetstreams: Future of Experiences Future of Work Future of Hospitality & Service Gemeinsam mit Wolfgang Scheibenpflug @vienna_airportcity @Ursula Fürnhammer, @lagardereaustria @romankoch_vienna Koch @heinemann_dutyfree_austria und @Moritz Novak @gate.space waren wir als Vienna AirportCity Community mit unseren drei „Sprints in die Zukunft“ am Start. Es war interaktiv, inspirierend und vor allem menschlich unglaublich wertvoll – auch, weil wir als Vorstandsteam zu fünft on Stage standen. Der Verein wurde gegründet, um die gesamte Vienna Airport City interessanter, noch spannender und nachhaltiger in die Zukunft zu transformieren. Hier am Standort arbeiten rund 23.000 Menschen – das bringt nicht nur Größe, sondern auch echte Verantwortung mit sich. Danke, lieber Wolfgang, für dein Tun und Wirken – es ist mir jedes Mal eine große Freude! Ein großes Danke auch an Mindstyle World und den großartigen, schlicht nicht zu übertreffenden @johnherzog Es ist beeindruckend, mit welcher Präsenz und Kreativität du die Bühne rockst – und das drei Tage lang nonstop. 🎶 Was für eine Ehre, von deiner Mundharmonika begrüßt worden zu sein! 1 York Street & Surry Hills NSW 2010 Growth often starts the moment you step out of what’s familiar. A few days ago, I found myself in Sydney 🦘 where seasons are reversed. Autumn there, spring back home. Different rhythm, different perspective… and yet, so much feels strikingly similar. During my time with @Ferag Solutions AG and @ethonadvisory one thing stood out: innovation here isn’t treated as a buzzword. It’s approached holistically — rethinking entire business models and, more importantly, bringing them to life together with customers. Not just new ideas, but real implementation. That’s where impact happens. It’s inspiring to see how Design Thinking and Change are embedded in the process, shaping concepts into tangible outcomes and creating pathways for companies to explore new markets with clarity and confidence. Christian Klöckl-Greimel @Karl Friesenbichler Michelle van Driel Jan Hocek Another inspiring moment was the exchange with the @wirtschaftskammer Österreich. There are exciting new formats emerging, especially around infrastructure and collaboration. Ledi Furriku Ulrike Straka Luke Brewer Matthias Mikolaj Tanja Ostermaier. And I’m grateful for the connections to the FuturePlace Peter Morgan and UNSW Markus A. Höllerer - both opening up valuable perspectives and future opportunities. What continues to drive me is the curiosity for markets like Australia. So far away geographically, yet in many ways facing similar questions, ambitions, and dynamics. Maybe that’s the real takeaway: Progress doesn’t depend on where you are 🗺️ It depends on how willing you are to see things differently - and to act on it. Austria x Australia And one very small sign 🐊🧐 How is it that a few conversations, a handful of decisions, and a lot of curiosity can take you to the other side of the world? After Queensland, full of conversations, moments, and one very educational beach experience, I’ve arrived in Sydney 🛸. A few days ago: Empty beach, right after the rain. Not a single person around. I thought: perfect, calm, nature, ... 🤷🏻‍♀️ So… towel down and relax. What I didn’t notice? A very small sign. Small enough to miss. Important enough that you really shouldn’t. Roughly translated: This area may occasionally be… shared with crocodiles 🐊 In hindsight, the empty beach makes a lot more sense 🧐 No crocodiles showed up, luckily. I only spotted the warning sign days later, after literally everyone at the Summit had warned me not to swim. Jumping in anyway, the mix of relief and laughter hit me: knowledge shapes us. There’s comfort in not being the “first test subject,” but freedom in approaching things unafraid. The sweet spot? Probably a balance… plus slightly clearer signs. And somehow, just like that, I’ve fully landed in Sydney. And now: Sydney, though, shifted something else. Standing in front of the Opera House, I realized: Most of the doors I’m walking through didn’t open just because of talent. They opened through conversations. Relationships and small moments. 👉 The biggest opportunity come from a casual remark. 👉 “Let’s talk” has outperformed any sales strategy. 👉 Visibility isn’t about being loud, it’s about being real. It’s the small touchpoints: Genuine interest, a real conversation and extra five minutes. And somewhere in between is the realization: You don’t have to look international to work globally. #mindset #future #innovation #community #speaker

Next days in Australia - somewhere between the Great Barrier Reef 🐠 and Dirndl vibes - at the Global Speakers Summit in Queensland 🦘 Some journeys don’t just change your location - they quietly reshape your perspective. Australia did exactly that for me. Somewhere between the vastness of the Great Barrier Reef and conversations that went far deeper than small talk ever could, I found myself in a space ⛩️ of real reflection. Honest, sharp, sometimes even uncomfortable exchanges - the kind that don’t just pass time, but actually move you forward. It’s a strange contrast: one moment you’re surrounded by sea turtles 🐢 (I even saw one of the seven species that live here 🤘), the next you’re reflecting on identity, impact, and purpose - even jokingly navigating the space 🕵️‍♀️ ... ... “between Dirndl and diving gear.” And yet, that contrast is where clarity begins. As a speaker, I often talk about growth, mindset, and responsibility. But being here reminded me: it’s not about what you say on stage - it’s about what you stand for when no one is listening. The real question isn’t how well we perform. It’s what we choose to contribute. What do we bring into this world — through our words, our actions, and the conversations we dare to have? This journey didn’t give me all the answers. But it sharpened the questions. And sometimes, that’s exactly what we need. Global Speakers Federation Peter B.
