While “World Mental Health Day” might not resonate with all, I consider it a reminder to check in on my own mental health & the mental health of my loved ones.
This month marks 10 years since we lost my brother to his own mental battle. Though grief continues to come in waves, my hope and prayer remains the same—to shed light on the conversation and change the way we talk about and care for mental illness.
At bare minimum, let slide 2 serve as a reminder that you can bring joy to someone’s day. 💛
