Thanks to the incredible support of my mother, and all of the other mothers around me (!!) I have been able to love and support my children and family. This is a reminder to always ask for help and continue to dig to uncover how you can live your very best life.

Sweet Wilhelmina is 8 months old! Loves broccoli, kiwi, swimming, kissing her friends in her books, charming people in restaurants, and feeding herself. Over purées, showing off her new chompers, and anytime her brothers are not around. Hillbilly hockey pics, coming soon!
Willy Billy is 7 months! She found her feet and started rolling over (👀) She is having more fun with food and still very much loves all of the time spent with her brothers 🩷
6 months with Willa Billa! This was a month of first trips - DC, Palm Beach, Vermont, first airplane ride, AND first bites of food! Wilhelmina thinks it’s funny to fake laugh and her brothers still remain her favorite people. She is also beginning to enjoy @maximilienbaud ’s low-brow humor 🩷
This month, we’re spotlighting Mysha mom, Katelyn Prominski Baud (@katelynbaud ), founder of MOMBAUD (@themombaud ) — a movement practice shaped by her own journey into motherhood.
After the birth of her first son, Katelyn recognized the need for workouts that truly support a mother’s changing body. What began as a personal experience has grown into a low-impact, intentional approach to movement for pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.
Now a mom of three, she continues to build MOMBAUD with care, strength, and sustainability at the core.
Sweet Wilhelmina is 5 months and has two teeth! Still super happy on her back, she loves her brothers, books, and her bows! She met lots of family this month, took her first trip to DC, and watched her daddy and Kingston perform in The Nutcracker.

Four months! Sleepy little Willa Billa celebrated her first Halloween and Thanksgiving, took her first ride on the subway, experienced snow, and has the sweetest laughs when we tickle her. She also went to her first pre-Broadway workshop and sang to Alan Menken’s songs while sitting next to Alan Menken :)
Two months with Willa Billa! She met some very important people this month and has racked up some “all time best” sleep records, which I dare not publicly share in fear of jinxing! She has some incredible nicknames, loves bath time, and her brothers 🩷🩵💛
