🩷Support Women DJs is a rapidly growing community-led platform dedicated to empowering femme and gender expansive artists. Based in NYC with chapters from Philly to Los Angeles, SWDJs aims to create gender equity within the dance music industry by instilling PLURR-based values in all events. VENDOR SPOTLIGHT ❄️ RUNWAY RAVE is so stoked to have Kristin Koefoed vending for us 😭 Kristin is a Philly-based Jersey-grown artist with a passion for vibrant colors and expressive figures. The themes in Kristin’s work range from the spiritual to the silly, and are reflective of the artist’s genuine enthusiasm for everything, from the Absolute to the Absurd. Ever seeking to capture elements of that which connects us all, Kristin relies heavily on the use of symbolism and humor.
She has designed album covers and gig posters for local musicians and friends, and hand painted art guitars for multiple big name bands to auction for charity in partnership with the art collective: Punk Rock and Paintbrushes. She has painted murals for businesses in NJ and PA. Two of her murals can be seen at FDR Park in Philadelphia. Kristin’s art has appeared in Royal Flush Magazine, MHB zine, McJawn zine, and as Card 7 of The Unity Oracle deck by Blue Angel Publishing. Her hand drawn lettering appears on the first page of every chapter in the book JOY: Journey of Yoga by Vijayendra Pratap, Ph.D., D.Y.P. Her work has appeared at exhibits and events in Philly, NYC, Los Angeles, Pasadena, San Diego, Chicago, Miami, Boston, Washington D.C. and Copenhagen.

I enjoy experimenting with wearing different styles, which reflects in the jewelry I make. I often source my beads from old necklaces or toys I find thrifting. Anything vintage + renaissance inspired, I love. Reading Fruits™️ magazine and the Gothic & Lolita bible—ignited my love for anything pink, lace, and anime inspired. Along with jewelry making, I hope to one day expand to creating clothing & other handmade accessories”
