Today we celebrate the incredible women who are part of our teams and the energy they bring to every event.
The staffing environment we work within has historically been very male-dominated. Since Kalon began, we’ve always made a conscious effort to bring more amazing women into the industry and create more opportunities for them across all our events.
We haven’t yet reached the balance we’d ultimately like to see, but we’re proud of the progress so far and will keep pushing forward until we get there.
