CALIFANO is more than event and wedding planning — it’s a reflection of heart, craft, and deep attention to detail. Founded by Jamie Mangan, CALIFANO was born from a desire to create events that feel personal, considered, and genuinely unforgettable. For us, it’s never just about putting on a show. It’s about listening with care, understanding what matters most, and bringing each event to life with intention — where every detail is thoughtfully designed around the guest experience. We don’t just produce — we translate vision into something real, beautiful, and timeless.

Every couple dreams of an unforgettable aisle. Drama and elegance, perfectly balanced. For Camille & James, we created an architectural statement set against Pampelonne Bay that fused imagination, scale, and beauty. A floating design never attempted before at Château de la Messardière, crafted to surprise, delight, and be remembered forever. A true expression of what we do best: pursue bold creativity, execute flawlessly, and elevate every detail. Part Two: Belvedere, but not as you know it. For this 50th birthday, we transformed the iconic space into Belvedere Social Club - a world of deep colour, live music, immersive performance and after-dark energy. What began with cocktails and canapés on the mezzanine unfolded into a full-scale reveal, shifting from Mediterranean sophistication to Latin heat, before giving way to the euphoric nostalgia of 90s Ibiza - brought to life through DJs, vocalists and a live orchestra. An afterparty in the mountains… For @mreazi and @temiotedola ’s afterparty everything just came together in the most extraordinary way. Sitting in that glass pavilion, surrounded by the Icelandic landscape, we really wanted the tables to feel like they belonged there… almost as if the earth had just run straight through the middle of them. We created misty, river-like runs of moss down the tables, with water and texture flowing through, and then added dramatic, dark calla lilies. It all felt quite raw and romantic, very much inspired by what was happening outside. And then the evening took on a life of its own… when @johnlegend started performing it was just magical, everyone completely in the moment. After everything, Monaco, Dubai, and then Iceland, it felt like the most perfect way to bring the celebration together. A night I’ll never forget. A rarely seen wedding reception on Icelandic soil… To create something like this in the mountains outside Reykjavík, surrounded by that wild, powerful landscape, felt so special. The glass pavilion, the moss, the water, everything came together in a way that felt completely immersive and deeply connected to where we were. Guests were welcomed with an ice bar, discovered their places on a table carved from frost. It was all inspired by the stunning surrounding Icelandic valleys. I feel so grateful to have been part of this, and to have worked alongside such an extraordinary team to bring it all to life. As the sun set over Ashford Castle, the tempo shifted. From candlelit elegance to a dance floor that refused to slow down - a room full of people completely in the moment. Perched above the Mediterranean on France's Côte d'Azur, Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc set the scene. Three floral arches marked the end of the aisle, draped in ivory roses and soft green foliage, drawing the eye forward as the vows unfolded within the landscape. A ceremony defined by place and shaped by nature. Within the timeless walls of Ballintubber Abbey, Claire & Conor’s ceremony was designed to feel deeply rooted in its surroundings - an effortless extension of the Irish countryside beyond its doors. Cascading florals climbed and softened the stone, layered at varying heights and gently illuminated by candlelight, creating a sense of intimacy within scale. Working alongside the supremely talented @wildathearthq team, every detail was considered to honour both the setting and the moment - embracing texture, light and seasonality to frame something truly unforgettable.
