Made this work 10 years ago now… still haven’t topped it , I was 20 drinking in a pub in woolloomooloo and the idea fell in my lap. I still remember the feeling of discovering a bearing supplier near Windsor that had pillow block bearings w a 50mm diameter. Drove all over Syd and did sm tests to bring Rocky to life. Mum Sold the treadmill after on gumtree , made a profit, bought a snackpack. Miss the old @sca_sydney

Been a year since I worked on “a vanishing point” with Akil for @bleed.online

A Vanishing Point is a short digital video that follows recently cremated person Ash and its unseen friend, Wind.
Drawing on existing prose from contemporary ballads, Medieval poetry and folk music, Ash reflects on interfaith friendships from its human life. As Wind breathes life into the scene once more, Ash laments, “Do we go to different after-lifes?”
