Somewhere between Marseille and Athènes, a kaiem bag disappeared.
We’ll never know where it ended up. Maybe it’s tucked in the corner of a stranger’s apartment. Maybe someone found it, and made it their own. Maybe it’s still out there, waiting.
There’s something about losing an object you love that stays with you. You don’t just lose the thing. You lose the version of yourself that carried it. You lose all the mornings it sat by your door, all the trips it went on, all the hands it passed through.
Where are you, bag? Are you still being used? Is someone taking care of you?
Are you loved somewhere?

Inquiry webshop for Kaiem, a made-to-order bag label working with deadstock fabrics from Switzerland.
Conceived at the launch of the brand, the site was designed to introduce Kaiem through product, material, and process rather than through a standard e-commerce logic. The experience moves between editorial views, packshots, and material-focused product pages to make the made-to-order model legible while keeping space for desire and exchange.
