STOP PUMPING TOO EARLY 🚫
This mistake makes paddle ups way harder than they need to be.
I kept trying to force the lift by pumping early with my legs…
before the board even had speed.
Result?
No glide. No control. Just frustration.
Then @kai_steimer reminded me:
👉 “Speed first. THEN pump.”
Still not perfect.
But some progress on the technique side of things, once i get my power back, this will help me paddle up faster.
