手術は無事に終了。
これから長いリハビリ生活が始まるけど、出来るだけ早く回復して登り出せるように頑張ろう！
Surgery was a success! I know rehab will be a long haul, but I’m determined to crush it and get back on the wall soon!
BJC前日ですが、、
先日登っている時に肩を怪我してしまい、思っていたより状態も悪く手術する決断をしました。
そのため、BJCは欠場します。数年ぶりのBJCだったのでとても楽しみにしていた分残念です。
手術してから半年間はクライミングが出来ないそうで、今は正直何をしていいか分からないです。でも、時間ができた今だからことできる事を考えて、腐らず頑張りたいと思います。
The BJC is tomorrow, but I have some tough news to share. I injured my shoulder while climbing the other day, and after realizing it was more serious than I thought, I’ve decided to undergo surgery.
As a result, I will be withdrawing from the BJC. I was looking forward to this competition so much since it’s been a few years, so I’m truly heartbroken. I’ve been told I won’t be able to climb for six months after the surgery, and honestly, I’m a bit lost right now.
However, I want to use this time to do things I normally wouldn't have the chance to do. I’ll stay positive and give it my all. Thank you for your support!
