For St. Paddy’s Day, make yourself some Guinness stew, ye oul’ git. Like me! Now, you’re gunna need some beef, some bacon, some potatoes, like 3 carrots, like 2 celery, and some other things like onions and garlic and tomato paste and chicken stock. DO YOU WANT IT TO TASTE GOOD! Okay so listen!!! So next, you put them all in. Season the beef very well. Add the things. But boil the potatoes separately, for the love of all holy. Watch this video for some actual images of me making said stew (*not AI*). Then, make sure there’s people to eat it. That’s it! Enjoy with some bread slathered with some Kerrygold. Slainte!
Y’all I can’t believe I took this photo on a PHONE. Every pixel here is real, nothing is changed except saturation and some tone curves… taken on my iPhone 17 Pro (24mm, F1.78, 1/3333). Wild!
I’m happy to say my short film WILL, starring Ashley Richardson and Liam Gardner, has been selected to screen at Phoenix Film Festival on April 11th at 3:40pm! Our little philosophy 101 film was a passion project for cast and crew and the story takes place mostly on a road trip through Arizona. Go to the festival website to get tickets if you’re local enough or in the area. It’s also screening on April 13th at 7:10pm and April 18th at 9:20am.
.
Additionally: a documentary I made for and with the City of Phoenix will screen March 27-29 at the Skyfire Environmental Film Festival! The city’s innovative approach to environmental issues are highlighted and you get to see some of the great things they’re doing (such as teaching people to grow their own food in their backyard and providing systems for doing it).

See you at the movies? 🍿🥰
Amazing Thanksgiving week with @drrandicolbert in Northern Arizona and Phoenix, ending with a screening of Home Alone accompanied by the Phoenix Symphony ❤️
My mum’s 70th birthday, my dad’s 80th, my brother’s 40th, my wedding, Tyler’s graduation, lots to celebrate and we did! Great trip to Northern Ireland and the Highlands of Scotland with Randi and some good times with valued friends along the way.
Such a great accomplishment... @theoriginaltylerwright graduated with a mechanical engineering degree from @asuengineering - no easy feat! - and made us all really proud in the process. Amazing!!!
