🥖 This specialty cafe focuses on the viral salt bread. It’s buttery, chewy, with the most satisfying crust. The salt adds a savory touch that keeps you coming back for more. It’s $12 for a pack of 3, plus a side of sweet cream.
🥨Think of it as a pretzel’s softer, more indulgent cousin. No hard shell, just a buttery, crisp bottom crust and a hollow, chewy center.
☁️ They offer three sweet cream flavors: original, chocolate, and matcha. The cream is light and fluffy without being too airy, so you can actually taste the milk!
🍵 They also have speciality salt cream matcha and coffees that pair really well with the bread.
🪑 The cafe is super cozy with warm lighting and soothing music. There’s plenty of seating, including tatami (Japanese mats), allowing you to enjoy your salt bread in comfort and peace.

NYC finally got a spot dedicated to the viral salt bread and honestly, I get the hype now 🥖☁️
The bread is buttery, chewy, slightly salty, and has the crispiest bottom crust ever. Imagine if a croissant and a soft pretzel had a baby 😭
Each order comes with 3 salt breads + sweet cream for dipping, and the combo is dangerously addictive. The cream is rich and milky without feeling too heavy, and they have original, chocolate, and matcha flavors 🍫🍵
They also serve salt cream matcha and coffee drinks that pair PERFECTLY with the bread.
