So our mate @_mitchhutch sends me and @markormrod both copies of his new book ‘Limitless’ in the post… 📚👏
Mark reads it like a civilised adult.
I’m sat here looking like chapter two just personally challenged me to wrestle a bear and run an ultramarathon before breakfast 😂😳
Amazing achievement mate and a must read💪🏽🙏🏽💚
Thank you to @smilestarcharity and @miteshbadiani for the incredible eye opening opportunity. What an amazing couple weeks in the Congo working, experiencing the culture, the food and best of all meeting the team and the locals 🙏🏽

"There's no other love like the love for a brother. There's no other love like the love from a brother"
My little brother, Zakaree, passed away three years ago today. Since then, not a single day has gone by where I haven’t thought about joining him, just to be by his side again. I’ve lost the passion I once had for life, and I struggle to see the beauty and joy in the things I do.
A small part of me still holds on. I think to myself, if I were gone tomorrow, who would be left to speak his name, who would make sure he is never forgotten.
I would die a million times over if it meant my brother could still be here. Maybe I can channel this pain into something meaningful, something big, a challenge that would make him proud.
I love you, Zakaree 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

The Science of Psychedelics: A Pathway to Recovery
My friends are hosting an important event in Plymouth exploring the healing potential of psychedelics in mental health and trauma recovery. While I’ve never personally used psychedelics, I’ve heard countless powerful stories, especially from military veterans about how these therapies have helped them manage PTSD, depression, and deep emotional trauma.
Many veterans have reported life-changing breakthroughs, through the controlled, therapeutic use of substances like psilocybin. These treatments are showing promise in reducing symptoms of PTSD, easing anxiety, and helping people reconnect with themselves after years of emotional numbness or psychological pain.
Like many others, I’ve faced my own struggles in recent years, and I’m approaching this event with an open mind and a genuine desire to learn more about these emerging therapies.

Good morning beautiful people, this is a post for our dear friend @craigainsworth83 who recently passed away. Craig's family have booked a venue for a celebration of his life, on the 14 June at the
Kings Head in Winchmore Hill:
1 The Green
London
N21 1BB
12.30-6pm
Craig was a dear friend, a brother, a protector, he could always see the pain in others and done his best to help people in need.
I'm posting this as Craig had alot of friends and I have only managed to reach out to a few of you personally. It would be great to all come together and tell stories of Craig's life as I know many of us have a few. Craig lived a life full of adventure and love for others. I know he will be missed by everyone who had the pleasure of meeting him.

It is my much Loved Little Brother Zakaree’s funeral next Friday the 11th of August 2023 at St Pauls Church at 10am. The address is St Pauls Church, Durnford Street, Stonehouse, Plymouth, PL1 3QR. The wake will be held at the Steel Brew in the Royal William Yard, PL1 3GD. It is only a couple hundred meters away. The 11th of August will be Zakaree’s 30th. I would love everyone to come. My Brother had a massive heart and loved bringing people together. It would be amazing if everyone could come across to the wake after the service and share different stories of Zakaree’s adventures and shenanigans.
My Brother passed back in January but we have had to wait for him to be released. I apologise for the delay and I also apologise for being of the grid this year, it has been a difficult time but I look forward to seeing you all there and hearing a few stories I may not of heard before. Thank you for all the calls, texts and support this year. I really do appreciate it.
I have shared the link here and in my bio. With dates, timings and locations. Please, please feel free to share this post, link and details as Zakaree had a large friendship group and I don't want to miss anyone out.
Thank you all again and sending everyone loads of love🙏🏼💚🇬🇧🗡🇬🇧💚🙏🏼
