Pantry staples: pasta, beans, rice, oatmeal, cereal, flour, sugar, oil, spices
Grab & go foods: granola bars, nuts, protein bars, dried fruit, chocolate
Sealed non-alcoholic beverages: Water, juice, protein shakes, tea
Toiletries: soap, deodorant, sunscreen, menstrual products, hair care
Baby care: Baby food, formula, wet wipes, diapers, ointments
Donât bringâŚ
Perishable foods: raw meat, eggs, dairy, bread, fresh vegetables & fruit, homemade food, catering trays, leftover pastries, frozen goods
Items youâve handled; expired, used, or half-eaten items; dented cans
Alcohol, cigarettes, or generally any other items that require an age limit
Things that belong in a thrift store: Clothing, books, appliances, dishes
