pourovers (!!!) one of the most important offerings we have here at junia. pourovers are made through a brewing method where coffee is extracted by manual hand pours through a paper filter, extracting a cup that highlights high clarity, sweetness, and distinct flavor notes. it’s a whole world in itself, full of endless discoveries, methods, and outcomes. it’s our way to connect to the purist form of coffee, giving a chance to present true and different characteristics, highlighting origins, varieties, and processes.
