Nine years of making a More/Less list. I read a bunch of books this year and stopped looking at Instagram so much. I also started flossing every day and started a studio for community events. So I have some things I want to pat myself on the back about. Then there are a large handful of other things I am trying to manifest and/or figure out still and seemingly forever. We are all always a work in progress. As usual, I invite you to make your own More/Less list with me and I’ll repost. Drawn versions, scribbles, coded versions, extra columns are all celebrated. Swipe to see my past lists, instructions for making a drawn version and also some of the various nice press I’ve gotten about More/Less. There are now journals and greeting cards based on the theme! 🤪 Hey everything should be extra celebrated and we should all be extra nice to ourselves because we all made it through a very hard year. Love to everyone. Happy 2026!

💘Cover reveal x 2! Coming this summer - a lux, thick, hardcover sticker book and a mega pattern-filled wrapping paper book. Thrilled I got to work with @artisan_books who makes such stunning books. There are stickers of all the things I love to draw: baking equipment, a broken umbrella, a NYC food cart, designy furniture, bowling shoes… And wrapping paper of dogs and ballerinas and bikes… Thank you to my agent Kate @presentperfectlit for making this happen and it’s been so lovely to work with @bmonroe_itkin + @jtreuhaft720 + @liaronnen . I can’t wait to show you more soon. Thank you for preordering! Means a lot. Link in stories and bio.

Plein Air Native Orchid Drawing Session May 17th 1pm Space is Limited RSVP to [email protected] Folly Tree Arboretum invites you to a plein air native orchid drawing session with illustrator and Folly Tree Artist-in-Residence Julia Rothman. Join us among a local flush of Cypripedium acaule, commonly known as the Pink Lady’s Slipper, for an intimate workshop that offers a chance to slow down, observe closely, and translate the delicate forms of native orchids onto paper. Guided by Rothman’s approachable style, participants will explore techniques for capturing botanical detail while deepening their connection to these threatened plants. 🎥: @nickimations
