Appearing in collaboration with fellow Phantasy artist and London-based songwriter, PYTKO, representing his first-ever vocal collaboration, Flügel’s third release on the label finds the prolific German producer exploring digital dub and avant-garde shades of electro-pop
‘Tippex in My Eye’ meditates on bass weight while slowly working a strange and spacious kind of magic, showcasing PYTKO’s enigmatic, surrealist vocals as an incantation for this strange, unexpected journey. Meanwhile, an alternate, floor-focused ‘Dance Mix’ transforms minimalism into euphoria, escalating toward a cosmic breakdown and dramatic release.
