Sure, there’s more to it, but spending time with health minded people goes much farther than you think! Plus, it opens doors to all the rest of the answers you may be needing.
Here’s a snapshot of how the Pay It Forward Men’s Health this past weekend came together.

@jbarmbbq to help support an upcoming luncheon.

@jbarmbbq sends the leadership contingent (
@charlestoomey and
@hoffiehope4ec ) to the luncheon to make things amazing, which turns into an impromptu cold plunge /sauna / pool workouts.
4 - That experience inspires
@hoffiehope4ec to propose and help organize the Pay It Forward Men’s Health event with a special menu from J Bar M BBQ.
5 – This past Saturday, I hosted the Pay It Forward Men’s Health event, a half day micro retreat with awesome workouts, cold plunge, sauna, and elevated food in a relaxed environment, gifted to a small group of health minded guys in the name of paying it all forward!

I’m sharing all this to say two things :
.
First, I wanted the chance to brag on my friends a little bit as the blessings they’ve given me has given me the inspiration and energy to pay it forward to others.
.
Second, just a reminder that there are a lot of good people in your community right now and all you have to do is find one of them and start showing up and you’d be amazed what can happen from there.
