Treat your mom this Mother’s Day with something homemade 💛🍌 Nothing says “I love you” like fresh Banana Bread straight from the oven
Ingredients: 2 ripe bananas (about 1 cup mashed) 2 large eggs 1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt 3/4 cup granulated or turbinado sugar 1/4 cup coconut oil 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1 1/2 cups all-purpose or whole wheat flour 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp kosher salt 1/2 cup walnuts (optional) 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F
2️⃣ Add first 6 ingredients to your Blendtec jar and blend on Medium to Medium-Low for 30 seconds
3️⃣ Add remaining ingredients and pulse 3–5 times until just combined
4️⃣ Fold in walnuts or chocolate chips if using
5️⃣ Pour into a greased 9 x 5 loaf pan
6️⃣ Bake for 50–60 minutes
7️⃣ Let cool, slice, and enjoy 💛
