We’re welcoming two new DJs to our lineup: J.Rocc (@ jrocc210), who will host a show on Sundays from 6–8 PM starting May 10th, and Olive Kimoto (
@olivekimoto ), who joins us Mondays from 8–10 PM starting May 11th. As Los Angeles natives, both are deeply rooted in the communities and sounds that define our city, and bring a level of taste, curiosity, and perspective that feels very true to KCRW.
J.Rocc is a foundational figure in DJ culture, someone whose influence spans decades and genres, from hip-hop and house to Brazilian and beyond. Olive brings something entirely her own — a transportive, late-night sensibility that blends the physical and the ethereal in a way that’s best understood by experiencing it first-hand.

@johntejadaofficial ), who joined our airwaves last year, these DJs reflect KCRW’s music mission. They are forward-looking, deeply knowledgeable, and connected to the artists and scenes shaping music today.
