JRM delivered a high-end renovation of the Oceana Beach Club Hotel in Santa Monica, transforming the venue into La Monique, a new luxury dining destination, with the hotel fully operational throughout construction. The project was also recognized as Hospitality Project of the Year in the publications recent CRE Awards!
The scope featured structural upgrades across three floors and exquisite custom finishes, including gold-leafed glass ceilings, honey onyx stonework, and marquetry straw-laid panels.
