Już 29 marca zapraszamy na drugą odsłonę cyklu Niedzielne Rozpoznanie, kuratorowanego przez Jacka Sienkiewicza. Będzie to spotkanie trzech różnych podejść do współczesnej muzyki elektronicznej i elektroakustycznej. Wieczór otworzy Katarzyna Karpowicz • @midori.no.kurokami krótkim, subtelnym setem na koto i shō przetwarzane elektroniką. Następnie krótki set zagra kurator cyklu, Jacek Sienkiewicz • @jrecognition . Jego występ będzie autorskim komentarzem do idei cyklu: przestrzenią koncentracji, rytmu i eksperymentu. Finał należeć będzie do Signal Black • @signal_black , producenta ze Śląska, którego brzmienie nawiązuje do estetyki IDM lat 90., rozwijając ją w stronę współczesnego, eksperymentalnego sound designu. Na zaproszenie Jacka, w Forcie Sokolnickiego usłyszymy zarówno uznanych twórców, jak i artystów rozwijających nowe, nieoczywiste kierunki muzyki elektronicznej i elektroakustycznej. Gościem pierwszej odsłony "Niedzielnego Rozpoznania" będzie jedna z najważniejszych postaci muzyki elektroakustycznej w Polsce, Robert Piotrowicz (@robert_piotrowicz_ ). Jego twórczość obejmuje szerokie spektrum działań: od solowych występów na syntezatorach modularnych, przez kompozycje na zespoły instrumentalne, po muzykę teatralną i filmową. The project focuses on presenting and expanding the context of aesthetic currents rooted primarily in Eastern Europe, in dialogue with allied lineages and artists working outside Western traditions. Sanatorium Merkurial is a joint initiative of Sanatorium of Sound – an experimental music festival in Sokołowsko (Poland). MERKURIAL is a collective founded by Robert Piotrowicz and Jacek Sienkiewicz, with the support of Rashad Becker. It brings together three distinct voices in contemporary experimental music whose works intertwine precision of form, sonic intensity, and a deep sensitivity to the physical dimension of sound. Rashad Becker is a Berlin-based composer and sound artist, known for his detailed electroacoustic works and albums - exploring imaginary instruments and synthetic micro-realities. Robert Piotrowicz is a Polish composer and performer working with modular synthesis and microtonal systems, whose music combines visceral intensity with refined structural form, as heard on his last album Wrong Filament. Jacek Sienkiewicz, based in Warsaw, bridges experimental and techno traditions; through his label Recognition, he explores minimalism, rhythm, and contemplative sound design. Sanatorium Merkuriál and Sanatorium of Sound is realized by "In Situ" Foundation for Contemporary Art. 11/8 (sat) 浚渫 vol.6 at Duct 17:00~ ¥2500/ U23: ¥2000 Robert Piotrowicz @robert_piotrowicz_ Rashad Becker @rashad__becker Jacek Sienkienwicz @jrecognition Broshuda @broshudaofficial Sotaro Fujiwara @fujiwarasotaro Ramza @ramza_mdm Dekai Fune @dogatsukumunou @kplusdt 於Duct @duct_iseyama This project is co-financed by the Minister of Culture and National Heritage of the Republic of Poland from the Culture Promotion Fund and Instytut Adama Mickiewicza Culture.pl Graphic design by @kplusdt & Hada-san! 下記、浚渫主催者として考えていることを少し言語化しました。宜しければ一つの解釈としてご参考にしていただけると幸いです。 今から10年程前、Spazio Ritaで演奏していたライブセットを聴いて感銘を受けたポーランドのワルシャワから来日する電子音楽家のRobert Pitrowicz氏。その当時は彼のことを全く知らず、友人のDJを聴きに行ったら彼のライブセットが最後にあった。それ以来、氏の名前と音響の立体感はずっと頭に残っている。 今年5月には、Sanatorium of SoundFestival をRabih Beaini fka Morphosisが運営しているベルリンのMorphine Raumで後述するJacek Sienkiewicz氏、Artur Ruminski氏と共催、Rashad Becker氏その他、各地からの電子音楽家や作曲家を招いて成功させていた。その後も彼が10年以上前から出演しているUnsound Festivalでもパフォーマンスを行っている。凄い。 また、つい最近、”Wonrg Filament”というアルバムをリリースしており、パイプオルガンの様な響きの音響を構築していて、また緻密且つ動きのある設計と演奏。情け無いがこの作品を言語化するボキャブラリーがない為、是非、bandcamp等で聴いてみてください。 今回はそのRobert氏がMerkurial Collective を共に運営する、東欧においてデトロイトテクノを独自に解釈の上、その土地独特のものに成し得たパイオニアの1人、Jacek Sienkiewicz氏と、ベルリンのDubplate & Masteringで長年音響技師として活躍し、つい先日”The Incident”を自身のレーベル/プロダクションスタジオClunkを立ち上げた職人であり且つアーティストのRashad Beckerと一緒に来日する。そしてこのタイミングで10/26日現在、なかなかとんでもないライブをしているBroshuda aka Yata DSPも再来名します。彼のライブ、更に進化してて凄い。 このタイミングで結構各地から良い作曲家やプロデューサー達が名古屋に来るので、Ductのサウンドシステムで聴いてほしいと思います。是非来て下さい。
