The debut album from Vancouverβs UAE (@universal.affirmation , aka @jrdev_ ), which stems from drum patterns taught by gamelan composer I Wayan Sinti, features contributions from @anh.t.phung , @c.diab , Cole Schmidt (@sick_boss_music , etc) and others, and has influences ranging from Do Make Say Think to β80s King Crimson.

Pak I Wayan Sinti was music. Every part of him radiated passion, commitment, and love for his community, his art, and his connection to God. I am so lucky to have spent time with Pak Sinti, and to have had the honour of calling him my teacher. He will be so missed. My thoughts and prayers go out to his wife, family, and all those who were a part of his life. His music will live forever.
