A few months back, I got some unexpected news… I won a songwriting contest! The prize was an invitation to come to @oceanwaynashville and record a live, acoustic version of the song. While I would have loved to bring the whole band, they said “you can bring one accompanist.” I immediately thought of my good friend and talented singer-songwriter Kelcy Mae of @evermorenest . We had a blast!
