2024 ill say it you really kicked my ass. i really did spend a lot of this year down and out. but when i looked through my camera roll right now to make this post i truly smiled cheek to cheek revisiting all the joyful moments i was able to experience. im so full of gratitude for this little life of mine. even during some of my darkest times ive been surrounded by so many good things, great people, and very fortunate experiences. if you feel so inclined poke through this little brain dump of my last year. 2025 let’s run it back 🤍
lmaooooo another year around the sun, my last birthday until my dirty 30’s. I’m about to brain dump some feelings (read it or don’t whatever) but who wore it better 1 or 2 be honest
I guess it’s time to peak soon. I say that because I have a running joke that I’ll peak in my 30s but what does peaking even look like anyway. But real shit wow what a year. So many success stories so many failures. But but when I say that I perceive both things to be experience and learning lessons.. Truthfully my mental health has been dog shit for a while now and I feel like especially the latter part of this year I’ve really been feeling the effects of it. Hence the lack of engagement socially and online I’ve yet to really stay super active for months if not years at this point. Which whatever fuck instagram at this point. However I just want to say I’m very blessed and very grateful to be where I am. Regardless of the struggle and the way I’ve been coping with it I’m feeling very very grateful to be alive and to be living and breathing. Sometimes it’s so easy to be down on yourself but this human experience or at least my human experience hasn’t been to shabby. Peace and love friends take deep breathes and eat your greens and drink water and talk about your feelings and speak kindly to yourself and shoot your shot being told no is okay and tell your friends/family you love them and mean it yeah? ? Love you guys
