Her editorial was born from the idea of representing the emo subculture, which has always been discriminated against, stereotyped and forced to live within the shadows under the judgmental gaze of society.
In her setup she focused on portraying the invasion of technology by translating this into electronic eyes, that somehow are fixated on the models as if they were subjects of a social experiment.
This in hindsight created a visual stratification that emphasizes a sense of alienation and control in her project. The protagonists are observed from the outside and are almost being examined rather than welcomed.
