An intimate and human exploration on memory, grief, and loss. 火車的鳴聲，喚醒了父親的記憶。女兒告訴他，那顆花的種子，早己在土地下悄然發芽。父女一同把生命的種子種回大地。這是一段關於記憶，哀傷與失去的旅程，細膩而深刻的人性探索。 Roles | 角色： Father: Mid 60s to early 70s, Chinese, must be fluent in Cantonese. A homebody who’s choice of escapism is tending to his belongings and plants. Lately he’s been having restless sleeps due to a reoccuring dream. He knows he must plant seeds that have sprouted, but keeps delaying the task. 父親： 60多歲至70出頭, 華裔, 必須操流利廣東話。一位喜歡待在家裏的人,寄情於照料家中物品和植物, 以逃避現實。最近因反復做同一個夢而睡不安穩。他深知要將已發芽的種子種下泥土, 但卻把這事推遲。 Daughter: Early to mid 30s, Chinese, must be fluent in Cantonese. A delicate, soft-spoken woman with a childish disposition. She possesses an ethereal quality. She moved away for her career but has returned to visit her father. She gently urges him to plant the seeds he has been holding onto for some time. 女兒： 30至35歲左右, 華裔, 必須操流利廣東話。氣質溫柔和細膩, 性格帶點童心, 身上散發著一種超凡脫俗的氣息。為了事業, 她離郷別井, 但之後回來探望父親, 並鼓勵他將遲遲未種的種子種下泥土中。 Details | 詳情： Shoot Date: Late November to early December. To HK: from Canada with love. 2.5 months away... it all feels like a fantastic blur. I reconnected with family, made new friendships, strengthened old ones. Even though being in Hong Kong in this specific time and place was temporary, I somehow feel this moment with these people will last a lifetime. I will never forget my time in HK. I feel forever changed. Knowing that I can feel so deeply connected to people, new and old, 12,600km on the other side of the world.
