A lot of painters will know the feeling of not stopping at a painting’s optimum state and that of a ‘lost’ painting, due to keeping going. We are probably more aware of these things, in the age of the ever present camera phone.
This is one such painting, but I decided to do something I’d never done before and try to reverse the process.
