OK, Hear me out. First and foremost:
Every dollar is appreciated but please only give if you can. My movie project is not important in the grand scheme of things so give elsewhere to more pressing causes if you have the means but if you would like to help us get this production underway, my gratitude is immense.
The skinny:
We are making a short Proof Of Concept film to distribute and pitch in order to secure funding for the production of the feature-length film. I am the writer and director of “VERSION” and this is a completely self-funded endeavor. I am no Mr. Big to say the least but i’m not going to let that stop me. I have an incredible cast, crew, & soundtrack in place for this film and have nothing but faith that this is what I’m supposed to be doing. The movie is about parallel universes and how 2 soulmates must fight to find eachother before reality itself is re-written. It’s a psychological thriller, it’s a mystery, it’s a romance, it’s a comedy. It’s packed with fun. Here is the logline:
“When a man slips into another life, fractured realities plague his mind as unknown forces close in to erase him and the love he remembers.”
I usually shy away from crowdfunding so I hosted an event in Nashville showcasing live music and screening other films in the Southeast region to help raise funds… it was a fantastic evening and definitely helped but we still have a ways to go. I’ve set up this page for those of you who would still like to help us bring this story to life. Every dollar is extremely appreciated but I have no expectations. Give only if you are able. I don’t expect any handouts with anything in life so even putting this out there feels odd but making a film costs money and that money goes towards :
