Before smartphones, we had a lot more time to think of creative ways to show someone we cared… and honestly, a lot more time to just kill time.
When I was in primary school, we would collect these beautiful little Saga seeds and fill tiny bottles with them to give to someone we liked.
Do you know what they are?
With their vibrant red hue, Saga seeds symbolise love and earnest affection. Their colour never fades. If anything, it deepens over the years, which is why they became such a sweet little romantic gesture.
Receiving a bottle felt special. Because someone had to pick every single seed, one by one, under the hot sun.
Yes, I’m a millennial… and honestly, I’m proud of it.

Wasn't sure if/when something like this might ever happen again, so I tried to capture as many memorable moments as possible. To look back on and laugh at when I'm old and senile 👴🏻.
Some context: I made a deal with myself at the start of this year as an aging 31 yo to just try auditioning for things and seeing what happens. After a string of fun and terrifying auditions and countless rejections, this somehow happened. Which is pretty cool 😭
Here's to going through even more rejections and doing more of the shit that scares me shitless till I dieeee 🤙 HAHAHAHAH
