I recently moved to Burbank and have been enjoying the city’s wholesome & connected community. Cela Cafe is one of the ones I have been able to connect with and enjoy some delicious natural ingredients. They made my mother fall in love with their baklava. Lol Of course, I did as well. Jon Gifted Waving & Tutting POP-UP CLASS 📅 Saturday, May 16th 🕖 2:30PM - 4:00PM Jon “Gifted” was born in El Paso, Texas, and raised in Dallas, where his passion for street dance and deep exploration of movement propelled him to become one of the most sought-after and respected freestyle dancers and educators in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. In 2015, Jon relocated to Los Angeles to further pursue his commercial dance career and fully immerse himself in the city’s vibrant street dance culture. Since then, he has had the privilege of working with renowned artists such as Erykah Badu, Fergie, Will Smith, Bomba Estéreo, JoJo, and Snoop Dogg. Specializing in street styles including Tutting, Waving, Krump, and Hip-Hop, Jon has showcased his artistry across a wide range of platforms and clients, including BET, Disney’s Mickey Mouse Club, World of Dance, The Hip Hop Nutcracker alongside Kurtis Blow, and Louis Vuitton—while consistently staying true to his roots in street dance culture. Jon is also proud to be a member of highly respected crews such as RockSolid Crew, Wave Gang, and The Newz Fam. Dedicated to sharing his knowledge and passion, Jon continues to teach and inspire dancers nationwide through conventions such as Adrenaline Dance Convention, National Dance Honors Convention, and Movement Lifestyle. As he continues to grow, Jon looks forward to expanding his presence in the commercial dance world and teaching internationally—using his journey, creativity, and experience to inspire movers around the globe.
