From: Jon Kinum I could go on and on about this topic but I will be short and sweet as I know you have read many messages in regards to this topic and will read many more after mine. Requiring people to inject something that hasn’t been FDA approved into their bodies to go to an event where most people are wearing goggles and a face mask is crazy to me. If people feel unsafe about covid then they should continue to stay inside their homes. People like me shouldn’t be forced into doing something they don’t want to do just to make scared people less scared. Burning Man is such a beautiful and magical place. I love it so much. But, I won’t be going if going requires me to put something into my body that I don’t want. I personally know many people who love burning man but won’t be going as long as this mandate is in place. Please let people attend your event without needing the shot. I’m fine with being tested. But, requiring this brand new shot that isn’t FDA approved makes me feel very uncomfortable. So much so that I won’t be going to something that I love so much. Burning Man was a place for me to escape the world and see the magic of human potential, love, and creativity. Please don’t take this away from us.
