For my sister’s birthday, she decided on a Sedona visit to try out every single birthday cake in town. In between cake samplings and to give her lungs a break from blowing out so many candles, we did a few hikes here and there, some up to 7 miles and some that were intended on 1.6 miles but ended up closer to 6.6.
We had such a blast getting to know her great friends and falling in love with all this city has to offer. Wishing my little sis the happiest of birthdays!!
Last week I was able to take time and recharge at @lakeaustinspa before Umlauf Garden Party. I booked a full body lymphatic Endosphere massage by @endospheresusa_official , while it’s here from Italy!
It was amazing. This was a totally different massage experience but it was one where I could see results immediately! We took a before and after photo that demonstrates the decrease in inflammation. I can’t wait to try the Endosphere facial treatment! Afterwards I spent time poolside reading and appreciating the tranquility of the grounds! Every visit to Lake Austin Spa is special and I always leave feeling like I had a mini vacation!

Jonathon and I spent a quick weekend in Park City hosted by my college roomie, Darin Libby. This was my first visit, and although the snow was incredibly sad for this time of year, we toured the incredibly fun village, hiking at Sundance, and had a blast catching up. I am so thankful for my time at @austincollege where I developed so many meaningful, lifelong friendships. We are already planning our next visit, but this time with @merrileemarshlibby !
