As thrilling a read the second time as the first, this is a fine piece of writing from my friend Jo Bell. A journey by heart, by mind and by boat (narrow but not). Recommended heartily!

A simple English church. Good stonework. Within it memorial to dear friend, Humphrey Coningsby. Missing, presumed... on his way home. He may yet walk back into my life. Or I may walk into his. /book/14/humfrey_coningsby
