Absolutely loved being back in Mayrhofen, spending time with the family there and getting to see the kids ride with friends I’ve ridden with for 20 odd years. Thanks for all the turns, good times and hangs, can’t wait for the next trip already ❤️
Q4 📈
Been an epic but busy few months with new friends at work, reconnecting with old ones and two in @fredroyle and @philskills who both gave me a push in my career when I needed it. Was lovely to see them both at @kendalmountainfestival and be on Phil’s panel.
We also sung with @ffw_uk , travelled with @mareike.weaver and the kids and managed to knock off a 2025 goal right at the buzzer with a half marathon.
Couldn’t be more thankful for these months.
Lenny is 10 💫
Kind of wild to think how fast these last 10 years have gone.
It’s also made me realize to savor every day, to travel, find sports to do together and be a family with @mareike.weaver as I am well aware of the stats about how little time most kids spend with their parents after they turn 18.
I’m beyond proud to be Lenny’s dad as any dads I know will attest, it’s the best job you could ever wish for.

Lenny’s been surfing 6 days straight, sometimes with me, sometimes with friends, yesterday for 3 hrs and this morning on his first dawny. I’ll be here for these missions everyday, can’t get enough of these Summer days ☀️
After 3 years, 3 broken cameras, 14 missed flights, 32 episodes we decided to make @dbjourney Pack Heavy, Chase Light into a book to bring the work from @clubmedsucks@hallvardkolltveit into the real world.
Does that mean more double spacing and grammar errors? Potentially….We also got @nlbaines back on the tools with me for a few words along the way after the last installment with @theantiblueprintproject and @singlecaskproductions to help on the edit.
