accepting @zach_zucker 's april 2024 invitation to perform at his soldout comedy show, Jack Tucker, with -- and i cant emphasize this enough -- literally no plan or stage direction has turned into joining the @stamptown team for a Netflix special this weekend in LA for @netflixisajoke
what started as @dylanwoodley explaining the Tucker show to me as it was happening evolved into @jonnywoolley and i talking character shop (& then straight up getting robbed in london at 5am). all to say that during my 2 year internship at Camp Haha ive learned repeatedly that comedy and jazz share the same spirit: improvisation. when the two disciplines intermingle, it feels like magic
im so proud of the entire @stamptown family -- how our show elevates legitimate (read: FRINGE) art to the big screen, so not just @hbo but EVERYONE can hate it
zach, you have clinical issues. but you know what they say. so im not coming this weekend.
