About:
Jonas Friedlich is a versatile musician, dj and producer, who is composing and sound designing for contemporary dance and theater. With his productions he is constantly blurring the edges of club music genres. In 20 years of djing experience he developed a unique blend of styles, managing to combine all sorts of bass music with a good dose of hip hop in a seemingly effortless way. Expect a trippy journey through a wide range of genres and bpm.

💥CAMERA OBSCURA (UA)💥 TEASER
For a few weeks now, Philippe Kratz and 14 dancers of the ensemble have been exploring the means of a “camera obscura”. A dark room with a small opening in the wall where on an opposite side, an inverted image is projected. “Light gives us the ability to perceive others and therefore ourselves” says the choreographer.
After creating Unfolding in 2023, Phillipe questions the human consciousness in his new piece. What is real? What is projection? And how do we process information?

I rarely get emotional on socials but I had to get this one out: i couldn‘t think of a much better way to start the year than a proper 6h nye closing set at my favourite club with one of my favourite b2b partners @lindenbergsupport . still one of the realest places out there! no big business, no hype, just pure vibes. booking focused on supporting locals instead of big name droppings, so much love for detail and the cutest staff you can imagine. I’m grateful to play there for more than 10 years now and every single time it feels like coming home. endless love to the whole CC gang and hopefully many more years to come! happy new year @city_club_cafe

Jonas Friedlich is a DJ, producer and musician from Munich. With over 15 Years of DJing experience and various club residencies, he developed his style of blending a wide range of genres in a seemingly effortless but yet compelling way. Unable to hide his love for experimental music, he still manages to keep crowds bouncing with his selection of bass music, breaks and juke. Apart from his solo releases on labels like Private Persons, DVS1‘s Mistress Recordings or Molten Moods, he is a member of the band project Carl Gari (The Trilogy Tapes, ad93, Berlin Atonal) and he works as composer/sounddesigner for contemporary dance and theater plays.
